Her views and opinions on interior design and fine arts were enriched and are documented in several newspaper and magazine publications.
She earned her Masters of Fine Arts (MFA) in Design from George Washington University and, after several successful years of interior design work, she received the Fine Art and Furniture Appraisal Certification from New York University along with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) certification. She was appointed to the Arts Advisory Committee for the City of St. Petersburg, Florida by the Mayor. St. Petersburg has been named the 'Number One Arts Designation' for a mid- size city in the United States for the last three consecutive years.

Celeste has become well known in the interior design and Fine Arts communities. She served as a curator for the Carter G. Woodson Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida and
was chosen as a Designer for the National Symphony Orchestra Designer Show House in Washington, D.C. She collaborated on a variety of residential and commercial projects and was selected by the Washington Post as the' Interior Designer to Watch.’
