Celeste earned her Masters of Fine Arts (MFA) in Design from George Washington University and, after several successful years of interior design work, she received the Fine Art and Furniture Appraisal Certification from New York University along with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) certification.
